Organize Your Browsing

Browsing the music and videos on your iPhone is different than on earlier iPods. You can browse by artist, album, song, genre, et al, but there's no main iPod menu. Instead, you get the iPod screen and the five buttons below it. By default, these buttons are Playlists, Artists, Songs, Videos, and More. The More button lets you browse by any option not available through the four main buttons.

But the More screen also includes an Edit button that allows you to choose what those four main buttons are. You simply drag the icons from the Edit screen onto the existing buttons to replace them. Setting up these four buttons for your most common browsing is another must-do task for any iPhone owner. It makes it fast and easy to find your music your way.
