Step 7

In Figure 7, I’ve replaced the old top photo with this better photo from the stack. For my personal workflow, I leave the first photo I selected (when I made my stack) as the top photo until I enter Survey view. Once I’ve narrowed things down to my favorite photo in Survey view, then I Control-click (PC: right-click) that photo and use the pop-up menu discussed in the preceding step to make my "best of pose" photo the top photo. That way, after I’ve gone through a number of stacks, I’m looking at only my best photos, with other contenders stacked neatly behind in case I change my mind later.
