Using the Control Panel for Objects

The Control panel is context sensitive. This means it displays different commands depending on the number of objects selected, or if the objects are grouped or pasted-in.

To use the Control panel with a single object:

  • Select an object, grouped object, or several objects. The Control panel displays the following options square_76.gif:

    • Transform panel commands
    • Flip commands
    • Select container, content, next object, and previous object
    • Stroke options for width and stroke style
    • Effects
    • Text wrap
    • Object styles
    • Alignment controls
