Justifying Your Text
Align your text on the left only. If you justify your paragraphs in Word so that the right margin is ruler-straight, the text will be hard to read because Word does not do the kind of spacing that fools the eye, and makes a paperback book readable. As a result, the stretched, uneven pattern of words on the line slows down and tires your reader.
