Printing Multiple Pages per Sheet

You'll commonly want to be able to print two or more pages of your document on each piece of paper. Acrobat's Print dialog box lets you do this easily.

To print multiple pages on each printed page

  1. Select File > Print.

    The Print dialog box opens.

  2. In the Page Scaling pop-up menu, choose "Multiple pages per sheet".

Acrobat displays additional controls beneath the Page Scaling pop-up menu (Figure 3.20). In addition, the Print dialog box's Preview reflects the multiple pages (Figure 3.21).

  3. In the "Pages per sheet" pop-up menu, choose the number of pages you want on each sheet of paper.

As always, the Preview picture shows the change.

  4. Click OK.

Acrobat prints your document with the specified number of pages on each sheet of paper.
