Subir Choudhury has worked for over three years in NIIT Ltd. His first year was spent in LEDA (Learning through Exploration Discovery and Adventure) division of NIIT, where he dealt with multimedia learning solutions for home and schools (K-12). For the past one and a half years, he has been working in the Knowledge Solutions Business (KSB) division of NIIT. In the KSB division, Subir with his knowledge of graphic packages and multimedia had the opportunity to work on several graphic courses, such as PhotoShop, PageMaker, Flash, and FreeHand. His work involves design, development, testing, and implementation of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses. His primary responsibilities include training development executives, project management, instructional review, technical review, and providing graphic support.
