Now, to add the zoom effect, I start by duplicating the Background layer, dragging it onto the Create a New Layer icon at the bottom of the Layers palette. Then I choose Filter > Blur > Radial Blur. When the filter’s dialog box appears, I choose Zoom for the Blur Method, increase the Amount to 27, and click OK (see Figure 9).
