Reading the Browser Check Results

Figures 18 and 19 show the results of a target browser check on a directory containing several files.

Errors are instances of tags unsupported by the selected browser. Warnings are reminders to check syntax for particular tags. To find out what to do about common errors see Table 16.1.

Tip

  • Dreamweaver won't tell you this, but IE 2 doesn't support animated GIFs (GIF89a format).
