LOCK, LOAD, AND MOVE LAYERS

Want to move two or more layers at the same time? Link the layers together and then they'll move as one unit. To do that, go to the Layers palette and click in the second column beside all the layers that you want to move. You'll see a tiny Link icon that looks like a chain appear indicating that the layers are linked. Now you can use the Move tool and drag the current layer to a new position. As you do, all the linked layers will move also. To unlink a layer, click directly on the Link icon in the second column.
