Once you close Lightroom’s Preferences dialog box, your External Editor choices are saved. Your default choice now appears on Lightroom’s Photo menu (in Figure 5, mine is Photoshop CS3), along with the shortcut to jump over to Photoshop (Command-E or Ctrl-E). Under your default choice is your additional external editor choice. I chose Apple’s iPhoto, so Edit in iPhoto appears in my menu, as shown in Figure 5. To jump to your additional external editor, press Command-Option-E (PC: Ctrl-Alt-E).
