Split Toning

Split toning (selectively adding color to the highlights and shadows in an image) is one of those things that photographers have been longing for in Photoshop for quite awhile. Sure, it can be done in Photoshop in a roundabout way, but Lightroom includes an actual Split Toning adjustment that makes it a snap (see Figure 3).
