Sending Notes Using Other E-mail Programs

If you don't use Outlook 2003, you can still send notes by e-mail.

To send notes using other e-mail programs:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Select the note contents and copy and paste them into the e-mail message.

    • If the recipient also has OneNote, you can insert the note as an attachment to your message; click the Insert button and select the note you want to attach.

To send a note as a Web archive file:

  1. Save the note as a Web archive file by choosing File > Publish Pages. Select the location to save the files to and enter a file name.

  2. Click the Insert button on the E-mail toolbar, browse to the location you published the files to, and insert the file into the message as an attachment.
