The Frames objects are pretty swift—in fact, they're so nifty, many folks don't realize that you can drag out a frameset manually. To create a frameset by dragging, choose View > Visual Aids > Frame Borders (or select the same menu option from the View Options button on the Document toolbar). Then, hold Alt (Option) while you drag out one of the borders. You even can instantly create a frameset with four frames by dragging in the frame border corner—try that, Frames objects!
