Setting Up Your Atomz Account
Before you set up your web pages, you'll need to create an Atomz account:
Open Dreamweaver. Open the index.htm file in your root folder.
The Atomz Search Extension you installed earlier can be found in its own tab on the Insert bar. Click the only button under that tab. A small window pops up.
Click Join. Your browser launches and takes you to the Atomz web site, where you'll continue the registration. Enter your email address twice, once in each field. Click the Try Atomz button!, and you'll be sent a confirmation message.
Check your email. Your password and additional instructions are in this message. Click the second link that says To confirm...
Read the Service Agreement and click Agree. Next, you'll enter the required contact information. Click Next. Select Create New Account. Then, choose Atomz Search. Finally, click Atomz Express Search Account within the text describing the types of accounts.
Now you'll answer several questions about your web site. You need to know your URL and roughly how many pages your site contains. After you submit that information, your account is created and you're ready to get back to Dreamweaver. If the Atomz Extension window is still open, close it for now. We'll get back to it soon.
