Sending the Presentation

The last step in the process is sending the PDF presentation. Again, Susan can work entirely in Acrobat—she doesn't have to open her e-mail program and search through her computer to find the presentation file.

Follow these steps to send the presentation:

  1. Choose File > Email. An e-mail dialog opens, with the presentation attached ( Figure 3.17 ).

  2. Type the recipient's name in the To field or click To and choose the recipient's name from the address list.
  3. Click Send to close the dialog and send the presentation on its way. It's that quick!
